Could be a issue with the Kick stand safety sensor maybe?? I'd think if the sensor was bad or going bad it'd stall out quickly. That's a weird thing to have happen especially if it slowly lowers RPMs than stalls as u stated. Someone on here will know exactly what to look at I'm sure.

If u have the kickstand down, and you rev it to 5k keep the revs steady...

Raise kickstand... what happens?

It dies immediately or slowly?

Def sounds like a crazy symptom...

I would def imspect the kickstand and sensor... try unplugging the kickstand sensor and hardwire it? I mean its a safety feature but u can live without, if that doesnt solve ur problem, its not the kickstand...

If u pull the bike upright but leave the kickstand down will it still lose RPMs? Or only strictly when u move the kickstand? I'm not a professional mechanic or anything but i know a couple an I will ask them for u. Just want to get the facts straight cause I know they will ask me these questions.

I told 1 of my Grease monkey buddies about your issue and all he said was obviously without looking at it he'd bet definitely a carb problem. Smtg in there gummed up and not not functioning properly. If it happens regardless of kickstand bein up/down its most likely nothing to do with ur kickstand safety switch. Also said a very slight chance it could b a bad throttle cable. He had one on an old ZX11 that did exactly what ur experiencing when he turned the bars right to left and ended up being a kink/crack in the cable. But most likely ur carbs. If ur mechanically inclined I'd say rebuild and ReSync up those carbs it's never a bad thing to do to a carbed bike anyway especially with the ethinol we have in gas now. I'd do the carbs on my ZX11 every 2-3yrs because of annoying little things like that. Sorry Couldnt help more but that's all I got! Good luck man keep up posted on what's happening with it!

Ok the fact the angle of lean of the bike when not moving affects the idle def leads me in a new direction,

So, it sounds like some kind of feul level , float height thing?

Also you cleaned and synced but did you check and replace the worn parts? Maybe a worn float needle thingy, the one with the plastic tip that the float pushes up to block fuel flow into the bowl. The plastic tips wear out and if you didnt remove the floats u mighta missed...

Only other idea i had is maybe you have a vaccuum leak, that when the bike is tilted somehow seals up, and when u straighten the bike, something moves and the leak occurs?

These r not answers.still, Hope they can aid you in some way.

I rebuilt my other carbs that I took off and those still did the samething I synced them changed everything.... When jeting the carbs do u have to change the float height level and readjust the pilot screw????? And stock jets are 170 and 180 next size up to jet the carbs is 175 185 correct

I would suspect your throttle cable as well.....leave the bars straight as possible and just pick the bike up off the stand without moving the bars. Once off, move the bars back and forth, see if your idle changes.

What happens if you lean the bike to the other side?

Only other thing would be you have a carb float sinking or needle sticking in one or more carbs. Since it does it with a completely different bank of carbs, I would look at your throttle cable routing/adjustment first.
