750 frame 1000cc motor

Just picked up a 1999 ninja 750 with a 1000cc motor . Has anyone delt with this type of swap. I have start taking her apart to change oil, clean caked on gunk. The battery seem like it discharged acid so i will be getting a new one .anything i should be keeping my eyes open for ? Any suggestions or advise would be very much appreciated .
