need help bad

ok hear we go i have a 1996 zx7r p-1 it runs good put new coils on 3 days a go now it is only runing on 2 cylanders 1,3 exhaust pipes are hot 4,2, exhaust pipe ar cold need help bade

If it is running on 1&3 then i would look at either the carbs or something else. Since cylinders 1&4 and 2&3 are paired an electrical problem usually affects both cylinder.

Sounds like you have crossed wires. One coil feeds the two outer cylinders, the other feeds the two inner cylinders.

the way are wired now is 1,4, are on one coil ,2,3, are on the other coil

You either have a dead coil or no output from your igniter box. You need to move the coil from one side to the other side and see if the problem follows the ignition coil or stays with the same plugs. If the problem follows the ignition coil, then your coil is the problem. If the problem stays on the same plugs, then you have no output from your igniter box to the coil and you need to look farther back into the ignition system..
