WTF valve clearance adjustments for zx14r

The service manual says 15,000 miles for US and CA models. 26250 for all other country's. Do those other country`s redline at 8000 rpms....
Also dealers around here are saying 1500 to inspect and 1800 if adjustment is needed. They are dropping the engine..I will do it myself as always but this is goofy all the way around. The manual says nothing about dropping the engine.

2000 zx12r 65,500 mile( Now 6000 miles on 2003 brand new engine} street bike 9.6`s in the 1/4 a few times. My 2012 14r stole me away.8.9 swb stock engine Brocks bolt ons so far..Now my H2 piss`s on everything. H2 now Brocked out and I can`t control it. Oh well I tried.

26250 km is 16310.9938 miles. That fo' sho' must be da' issue my man. Apparently the rest of world is behind the times. Miles and feet is where it's at!

I can't say anything about the stealer trying to get to youread money with the 14r. Have not been able to get one yet, hopefully later this summer. After several years on the zx12r, I am really missing not having a bike.

Humm, that's interesting. That seems like an awfully long interval. Would be interested to know the reasoning behind that.

Not way ahead. Simply another measurement scale. Heck it wouldn't have been as awesome if Sammy would have been singing "I can't drive 90!"

Heck he was even driving an Italian car that probably displayed kms on the speedo and completely ignored them...
