- First 14R Officially Timed at 200MPH+ -

This past weekend, Racheal piloted my 2012 ZX-14R to 201.76 mph in the standing mile. That makes her the first to break 200 on a 14R under officially timed conditions, and also the first woman to enter the OH ECTA 200 MPH club.

This was done under very challenging conditions. A huge thanks to all who helped out this weekend!

Congratulations, what an awesome accomplishment. I'm sure you're both feeling gratified, you've both put so much effort into it.

Great news.
Two questions.
1) How close to stock was the bike?
2) How did you defeat the speed limiter?
Kawasaki sent a demo bike to our last event but could not defeat the limiter and they need to as its entered in the Production Class at this years ACU British records meeting 13th/14th May at Elvington.

The bike has all bolt on parts (see my thread in the 14 section).

http://kawasakiworld.com/zx-14/45457...bsts-mods.html

It has a reflashed ecu from GUHL motors (available through Brock's Performance), which removes the speed limiter and extends the revs. I think all of that is detailed in my thread.

Something about this bike. She seems she was in good hands, sitting on a fast bike, looking something like this, no? That is how you go racing. Congrats, guy/girl!
