BEAR Racing Velocity Stacks Need at least "4" Buyers!

I "Think" I have figured out how to post her but we will soon see:):)

During my last sale, one of our Military people asked me to Hold a Set for him. Due to circumstances I had to send out 2 Short and only had a Mixed set for him and he wanted ALL Short.

I can get BEAR to make a small run of 5 sets if I can get 4 other sets sold. If I see that we have at least 4 interested parties, I will get a Price and post this back on this Board. Because I got stuck with a set of Mixed and Short for the 04-06, Pre-Payment will now be required. The Good News is that you can now use PayPal on his Web Site bearracing.com

If you look at his site, they list for $350 a set! I am shooting for closer to $250.00 I will post a quote when I hear back from him.

Post her if interested.

Hi Vincent,

I will take a set of long stacks please. PM me with the payment details. I'll be happy to pay up front. Color doesn't matter to me but if I must choose I would prefer gold. Do you have an idea of the time frame once you place the order?

2003 ZX12R

'03 12R, Cosmic Splendor Red, SS full Yosh RS-3, BMC Race, PCIII USB, Muzzy Ign. Adv.
Since you're back there tell me if this bike makes my ass look big.

Hi Vincent,

You asked about my bike.

My bike is a 2003 ZX12R.

Full Yoshimura RS3 Duplex system, PCIII USB, BMC race filters, Muzzy ignition advancer, street use. Don't plan on opening the engine, will keep it NA in the future.

Long stacks wanted, prefer gold if I must choose a color but really any color is okay.

Ok! Other than 2 different measurements for 00-03 and 04-06, I still have a set of Mixed and Short (the reason for Pre-Payment) for the 04-06 sitting on my Shelf.

Also, even though the All Long Does the most to help Bottom end, "We" Found that the Mixed help the Bottom end And Keep Peak Power. If you are geared tall and use Low RPMs, then Yes all long, Otherwise I would Suggest Mixed. Short are for Top end and Peak Power. Just about Every ZX12R that has been used for Land Speed Racing has Short BEAR Racing Stacks.

Hi Vincent,

To be honest I would probably be happy with the stock length. It's a matter of wanting to replace the existing stacks with higher quality parts and I feel the long stacks will better suit my type of riding and have the least possible undesirable side affects. I don't see drag racing or LSR in my future I just want to be able to cruise at any speed I choose in whatever gear I choose and do it smoothly. At the same time I want a clean strong pull when I roll on at any speed in any gear. And since you mentioned it I have been thinking of trying a 19 tooth sprocket if it's available to see how big a difference it makes in fuel mileage on long trips.

I'll give some real thought to what you've said though. I sure wish I could see dyno charts of the three stack configurations.

Anyone having all long stacks want to shed some light.

By the way the tractor is still for sale. Any takers?

Just wanted to make sure. We did Dyno Testing AND Track Testing when BEAR First made these for sale in 2002 and 2003. At that time only the Short were made (5 mm shorter than Stock and the Long are 5 mm Longer.). On the Dyno the Short made 3-5 more Static HP and at 200 MPH Made 11-15 more HP (the amount of HP To Increase top speed by 4-6 MPH) Later Testing showed the All Long made 1-2 more HP BUT More Torque up to 7,000 and Mixed showed 1.5 to 3 More HP but Track Testing showed the Bike was 0.10 Quicker in 1/4 mile.

For the Reasons you could not buy when they were Available ((Serving in the Military in Afghanistan and not knowing if you would be alive to enjoy them) I am Promising you that even if we do NOT get enough to make a Run, that I will pay the difference to have just "1" set made and you pay $250 including Shipping! So do not worry about this my Friend!!

BEAUTIFUL!! But when I sold the last batch, you guys already did enough!! Remember even though I do not make a Profit, you guys added between $25 to $50 MORE than was Required!! I made close to $400 so giving Back is EASY TO DO HERE. SO I am going to first see if we can get enough people to not need to do anything FIRST and then, I will know what if anything is needed. Because I know that you feel like I do, if the time comes I will let you contribute maybe $10 or $20 but no more than that. Thank you.

I have also just figured out how to put the Pic in so here is a Mixed set that show the Long and Short!
