Woolich Racing are supposedly going to be supporting the 32bit ECU's soon, which as you'd know, gives more control over your mapping/tuning, compared to just having a Power Commander.
With bolt ons only, I'm with you with the "why bother?"
For more mods etc engine work and forced induction, I can see the benefits of going to a tuneable 32bit ECU...

But, after saying all the above, why not just go for a ZX14R ecu/fuel injection set up and add traction control etc etc

2006 ZX-12R B6F
Ohlins / TRAXXION Dynamics / NISSIN / HEL / Power Commander / Bear Racing / Akrapovic / BMC / Muzzy / Healtech / ERMAX / Helibars / GSG / R&G / NUI Racing

well woolich doesnt suppost boost fuel tuning yet for most of the bikes that they offer support for that are NA. the busa stuff must still be done with ecu editor. the gen 2 stuf is nice to work with as you can flash for a gm 3 bar sensor.

a 2 step or other features through the ecu would be nice if they can do it for the 12
