I haven't got a muzzy clutch, but I would think you will still need the correct standard stack height.

You need to actually measure the stack height with some dial calipers and make sure it's within spec. Stock is 12fibers / 11 steels, using 1.6mm steels. But they also make 1.4 and 2.0mm steels, so just because you have 11 doesn't mean your stack height is right. Also could have worn fibers, etc.

Do you have a OEM repair manual? It has a good explanation in adjusting cable slack and lever position, after you have proper stack height.

No i dont have the repair manual the stack height i used last year was 2.0 through the whole basket but now its 11 fibers and steels that are all 2.0's. I have 1 fiber and steel that's a 1.4 and im trying to figure this mess out.

Try getting your stack height between 56.8mm-57.6mm then try that.

Your clutch rod isn't worn is it?
But to be honest, if the stack has an extra fibre & steel, then it will be way too much.

you just listed your problem, if you add another 2.0 you out of spec I suspect, if they were all 1.6s you would probably be in the sweet spot. got a picture you can post?

10 dollar set of calipers, take the whole pack out and measure. its that simple, you cant go by its even with the basket? specs are there for a purpose.
