Seems most have given up on the forum and gone to facebook which is sad because there is a ton of information on the forum that is easy to find.
I have been out in the garage rebuilding the race bike motor. Today was setting cam timing and checking PTV clearances.

It is a priceless info source that I hope will be available along time.
I often find myself looking at posts I've made as reference to a similar job I'm doing.
Yesterday I was looking at clutch switch wiring for my new 2 step limiter , yep I found the answer and it was my post lol along with the little snippets of info from others that gave the full answers.

Well, I'm part of an Audi forum (Audizine) and a Dodge Ram forum (Ramforum), they both have a TON of foot traffic. It could be a combo of motorcycles being seasonal, and most of us aren't modifying our bikes, so they just sit for the winter (out of sight out of mind). This thread as been the most interesting to me this winter LOL.

I can't get old threads anymore. No search features work for me. Since the change it's been to much of a headache for me to try an use. That's my reason... Winters when I'd use it most that's when I'm fixing and changing shit around. I've since found another fourm there's a couple local 12 riders there with decent info. Not half much as here, but least I'm able to use and view it.

Are you searching with the magnifying glass at the top right of the window?

I was able to successfully search using "oil filter" changing the options to ZX12r subform.

The board change combined with facebook groups killed it. I saw the exact same thing happen to a local forum I was on that had been hot for 10+ years and now is as dead as this place. It's a shame. I prefer forums over facebook groups. But pretty much all the motorcycle forums I've been on are dead.

I've tried everything. I don't have any icons on top bottom or anywhere else. I had the mod try an help me an everything tried failed. Can't even change views between mobile and full.

If you are using a tablet/phone, and it is an apple product... Hold in the refresh button in the address bar of safari. You will see 1 or two menu options pop up, one will say "Reload Desktop Site". That should give you the desktop version. I haven't had to do it again after I did it the first time, but I keep that window open, and only refresh when needed.

If you can't fix it with a hammer, you've got an electrical problem!

I'm still around too, just watching the frozen dust collect on the 12 as the ice, snow and salt slowly fade away into a distant memory. The only thing holding my sanity together is that in ten days, I will be loading the 12 into my van and do the 1200km drive down to North Carolina for three days of riding.....sigh, ten more days.....

Never underestimate old guys on old bikes.
