the epoxy block looks good, im doing one for another project soon. hopefully its not going to affect cooling too much.
Could by-pass this step if you were doing a 220-230 hp turbo?

my super stage 1 red bike made 317 hp and it had a stock block(no weld no epoxy). these braced up blocks are for the crazy guys looking for a lot more than that ;)

I was going to use my parts in inventory that came out of a running engine I bought.
These were going in my epoxy block. But upon further inspection, they're only fit for the trash
can....👎

$1000 US for one set. Price goes down if we can get a group purchase. 10:1 compression ratio. 1.2mm top ring gas ported.
2.7mm tall deck.
Handle any amount of boost.

look again, they have lateral gas ports.

the pistons are a tall deck. so you need a block spacer for an oem block or a taller block(like your modified ski block).

these are what i had custom made for my bike( i had a couple sets done at the same time) they are every bit as tough as what we use in 600+hp pst/lsr busas. im going to be ordering another set or 2 sometime this season to build another bike for dad so let me know if you want a set.

Finished what the factory didn't. Now all four pistons will get a oil jet spray on the bottoms instead of just two. M5x.8 bottom tap. I didn't drill all the way through with the drill. Wanted something for the jet to bottom against. The pilot hole I drilled was plenty big to feed oil.
KZ 👍 Good call.
