My ZX-12R is not starting

Hello guys. I'm new here, and new on a zx12 too - well actually about 9 mos.

My bike stopped running today while I was going about 60 mph. It just shut off and I saw the oil and the FI light going on.
Prior to this...about 2 minutes before, when I cranked it up, it was acting as if the battery was going dead (but my battery is fine, I checked it). It was barelly turning over. if I remember corectly, it did this a couple more times this past week. When I brought it home, I hooked it up to the charger and tried to start it a couple of time without any luck. Oil light stays on (there is oil in it), and FI light comes off and on.
I'm thinking it could be some sort of sensor? I thought I would ask you guys first before I take it to the doctor...maybe this is a quick fix?

Can someone help? Please...
