I recently contacted Dale & he indicated that he would get in touch with those interested in Silverbooks... He's on a bit of holiday with the kiddos right now, I believe, but I'll remind him...

OK, sorry for the delay everyone. The prices for shipping have changed, and I need to drag my arse down to the post office for long duration, and go through all the shipping charges to all the various places. I will do it again this weekend, Saturday to be precise. I will find the prices to Canada, U.S. and UK. again for 1 and 2 books.
If you have any orders, just email me your full mailing address and how many books to dale.hughes@gmail.com and I will try and get them all going ASAP.
Sorry about the delays. Lots going on for me lately.

Well my plan to get to the post office last weekend was screwed, on Wed my company sent me to Vegas on a job that was important. So my weekend was shot. I have my kids this week, but I will figure out how to get to the post office for this quickly.

If you want books, just email me at dale.hughes@gmail.com with the quantity and full mailing address.

Thanks,

Dale

Believe it or not, I have been swamped or away every weekend for the last month or so. I am keeping a list of everyone that emails me their mailing information and amount of books (PM's is no good, you need to email me at dale.hughes@gmail.com )
I am getting the last of addresses and size of orders so I can spend some time at the post office weighing and getting quotes, as the over seas shipping can be crazy, the U.S. and Canada orders are more straight forward.

OK everyone, you won't believe it, but I finally made it to the post office when they didn't have a ton of customers so I could take 30mins of their time to spec out the shipping costs for all the people still wanting books.
I will be emailing everyone that is still up for a order with the latest shipping costs.
Sorry about the delay, there is really no excuse, I am just making my work and kids a higher priority lately.
I will send out the emails tonight.
If you are from the U.S. and have not asked for a book, now is a good time to email me, the prices for shipping to the U.S. are constant to any state from Canada so that is an easy one to spec for people. For other countries I may have your cost, but most likely I would need to get back to the post office again.

I hope all is well,

Dale

All books order except one (that was refunded, he was in to much of a hurry to wait for my schedule) where I have received their money have been shipped. All shippments are by ground and considering they have to get out of Canada using the Canada post trained beavers, it could easily take 3 weeks to arrive in the U.S. and longer for overseas. The orders in Canada will most likely take even longer, lol. It is sad but true.

I will be going out of town in a couple days for a week or so, I won't be able to process any orders until I get back, so save your money for a week or so, unless you are mailing it to me. Then get it in the mail, so the trained beavers can start working their way to the border for a pickup.

Thank you for everyone that has had patience with my schedule, I am only shipping as a favour; with the time, gas, etc. I make no money, and it uses way to much time. I ship the books as a favour only. I am glad to ship to anyone that has patience and appreciates the book. Anyone who rudely harasses me within a few days of sending money will just have their money refunded and order cancelled, as one person found out.

LOL, once again you are 110% correct Sir. If you harass me, then be polite, otherwise money is refunded and order cancelled.

I hope people are receiving their books. From the looks of my PM's some people did not read the instructions (don't worry, there is always someone that doesn't, LOL) and did not email me with their order, full name, and address. Just paypal 'ing money is appreciated but does not create an order.

I hope all is well, I just got back from the Big Island, Hawaii, went fishing, caught a nice Mahi Mahi, snorkled with sea turtles, learned to surf on my birthday, and saw an active volcano, tried to sneek past the lines to see lava up close but failed due to excessive bush but next time I have a better strat, lol.
All is well, just hope my job holds out.

Is it still possible to get a book? A newbie 12 owner's inquiring mind wants to know. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Silver Books?

Hi there sorry to sound ignorant but what is the Silver Book? They seem to be a must for any passionate ZX12R owner so do you have any left? If you do have some left would you consider shipping 1 to New Zealand and if so how much? Sorry for all the questions. Many Thanks

You bet, there are more Silver Books left.

Just have patience as I am quite busy and it can take a bit to get around to getting the latest price for shipping.

The deal is, email me at dale.hughes@gmail.com with your full mailing address and I will get a price for shipping and the book(s) you order and send you a price, after that, when I get the money I ship the book(s).

The Silver Books are a book that Kawasaki put out when they first made the ZX-12R, they show development pics, along with a description of how and why the ZX-12R is designed, it is a very cool book.

Kawasaki Canada has been very gratious by donating their remaining Stock of the Making of the ZX-12R Silver Books to ZX-12R.org for a minimal charge. ZX-12R.org thanks Canada Kawasaki for this.

I will be paying a ton for shipping to my place, but if people are interested I would ship them out to cover the shipping expense.
Perhaps with the next shirt order.

Let me know who is interested. I may need to charge a couple bucks to make up for the shipping if only a limited number of people are interested.

These are the original books that were shipped out to a limited number of people for the 2000 model of the ZX-12R. Part of the book is online but having the book is great with a ton of information and awesome pics. It is very well done.

Get one before they are gone forever.

Update
***************************

OK everyone. I have the books, and I have the price for shipping them to the U.S. Anywhere other than the U.S. I will have to check out shipping on a one on one basis.

The cost for shipping 1 book to the U.S./Canada is $9.00 U.S.
The cost for shipping 2 books to the U.S./Canada is $15.00 U.S.
The cost for shipping 3 books to the U.S./Canada is $19.00 U.S.

The cost for shipping 1 book to the UK/Finland is $12.00 U.S.
The cost for shipping 1 book to the UK/Finland is $17.00 U.S.

The price for the book: handling (driving to and from the post office), packaging, plus the price I paid for the books: $13.00

Total price including shipping to the U.S./Canada.

1 book : $13.00 + $9.00 = $22.00 U.S.
2 books: $24.00 + $15.00 = $39.00 U.S.
3 books: $33.00 + $19.00 = $52.00 U.S.

Total price including shipping to the UK/Finland.

1 book : $13.00 + $12.00 = $25.00 U.S.
2 books: $24.00 + $17.00 = $41.00 U.S.

Just email me with Silver Book in the Subject line. If you can pay with Paypal, and your shipping is listed above, paypal me the money to easyrider@zx-12r.org and make sure to send me your shipping address and login name. I will be able to get it out much faster.

Thanks,

Easyrider
Hi, Andre from Prince George, do you still have any of those silver books, let me know, Andre.
