I'm in, use my FED/EX Number and it's a done deal. I sent you everything for the shipping. All you need to do is call FED/EX and they'll pick it up! And a couple of XL t-shirts!

If you have paypal'd me or sent me the money I would have sent out the book by now. If you are in the U.S. or Canada, the prices are at the beginning of the thread. If you are in another country, email me for the price for shipping.

Other than that I only have one order that has not been sent out yet, I just received the money in the mail yesterday (it was an order from Canada).

If you have paid or are waiting for a question to be answered, please email back again. If you did not put "Silver Book" in the subject line as per the instructions at the top of this thread it is possible I missed the email. You would not believe how many emails I get every day.
