Dale,

I'm in, use my FED/EX Number and it's a done deal. I sent you everything for the shipping. All you need to do is call FED/EX and they'll pick it up! And a couple of XL t-shirts!

No problem, just email me at home. I have your Fedex package, I just don't remember if you paid any money yet (until I get home to check)

Can you email me what you want with "Silver Book" in the subjet line.
Also mention a reminder about the Fedex package you sent.

Thanks,

Dale

I should have replied back.

If you have paypal'd me or sent me the money I would have sent out the book by now. If you are in the U.S. or Canada, the prices are at the beginning of the thread. If you are in another country, email me for the price for shipping.

Other than that I only have one order that has not been sent out yet, I just received the money in the mail yesterday (it was an order from Canada).

If you have paid or are waiting for a question to be answered, please email back again. If you did not put "Silver Book" in the subject line as per the instructions at the top of this thread it is possible I missed the email. You would not believe how many emails I get every day.

Thanks

I emailed you and said to open the package and let me know how bad the book was actually damaged. I have not received your reply yet.

Just let me know how it looks and I will make sure you are taken care of.
Make sure you put "Silver Book" in the subject line. Or better yet, in your case, please reply to my email so I can see the email history.

Thanks,

Easyrider

The shirt order is getting close, but I am not quite there yet.

Hang in there a little longer, if you can't wait, just send a separate request and money for a silver book. I will confirm all shirt orders prior to asking for money.

Thanks,

Easyrider

The pricing and shipping is listed on the first post.

I will try and get to my emails this weekend. This weekend was brutal busy with 2 hockey tournaments , one for each kid. Plus if that wasn't busy enough my Mother came over to visit.

so....... I didn't have much time to spare. I will get on it. As long as you have emailed me your mailing address and how many books I will be able to send you a price assuming the first post in this thread does not apply.

thanks,

Easyrider

If not, just look at the first post in this thread for the amount to send and I will send out the book(s) as soon as I get the money and mailing address, unless you are not in Canada, US, or UK, then email for a price.

Thanks,

Make sure you email me as instructed above to dale@taxstrategy.org with your mailing address and how you paid. (WarpDrive, I know you sent via Paypal with all the information so you are good. Thanks)

I am going on vacation soon, if you send it via paypal I can mail it out tomorrow if snail mail I will most likely have to do it when I get back.

I get so many emails that I can't keep up with chasing people down if they don't follow the directions. Sorry if you got lost in the shuffle earlier.

Thanks,

Easy
