Low beam in both headlamps

Hi, bought a 2005 zx10r from germany with just left headlamp on in low beam, I'm looking to have both left and right on when running so that it not looks as if one bulb has failed, anyone who fixed this who would share information ?

I don't like the idea of only have one bulb for low and the one bulb for high beam either. In fact, it was a major reason that I bought a brand new Yamaha R1 back in 2004 in stead of the ZX10R.

Here's the reason that was given to me by the customer services for Kawasaki here in England (UK, Great Britain, or whatever you guys call my country today); Apparently, car drivers that see a twin headlamp motorcycle near them, have made the mistake that they are looking at a car much further away. The dopey car drivers then pull out in front on a motorcycle, causing a collission.

I stick with "Old Blighty" or "The Queen Mum's".
