Comparing the 12 to lighter bikes.

So for those of you that have gone to the track on your 12, whats your experience been like? I've done plenty of cornering up in the hills etc, and normally my friends fall back. Im never uncomfortable, or feel like im really pushing to the limit. I still have the ability to quickly alter my line if need be to avoid a stone or something.

I was just curious to see how you stacked up on the track with the weight of the beast. I know coming down the back strait ill do quite well, but what about the 60-80 mph sweepers etc?

How was the stability? Suspension work well? Get your knee down? all that biz. Let me know just ur overall track experience! Is it so bad it basically requires a lighter bike to ride the track hard?

Anyone tucked the 12 or anything like that?

Glad you found the info you were looking for.

There's a lot of good magazine articles testing the ZX12R and Hayabusa on that website (http://www.angelfire.com/linux/ldrpg). Geez, it's been a while since I made that website... maybe I should update it with the ZX-14 and Gen2 Busa mag tests?

really the zx12 I learned how to ride on it in the canyon and at the track so I really know it.

the zx6 I like it but don't love it yet I only have about 200 miles on it at the track no street miles

I am gonna start racing here in Phoenix in the fall I would love to race the zx12 then but theres only 1 class I can race in with it, and the 6 I can race in at least 3 classes

I am 5'10' 195-200 lbs rider here's a video of me playing with a busa. man the bike can handle

sounds like a good idea.
