Question Mule with to much GAS

My 2000 Mule 3010 gas is dumping to much fuel into cylinders. Can start it after pulling both plugs, unhooking fuel line and turn engine over until cylinders stop throwing fuel out. Put plugs back in and without hooking gas back up turn engine over, it takes a little time but it does start, but as soon as I hook fuel up it floods out. Then to start again I have to go thru that proses again?????
