Any chance of air in the system? What do you mean hot, hotter than what you are expecting or boiling over hot? Is this idling or while riding?

no there is no air in the system. it just runs hotter then normal and it boils over if I sit and let it idle for too long or go really slow it happens after about half an hour of running time

regarding the overheating,

1) air in the system (system not bled properly)

2) cylinder head cracked

3) cylinder head gasket blown

4) new water pump is faulty

5) radiator blocked and all associated pipe work and water jackets(not allowing the coolant to flow as it should.

6) electric fan inoperable

7) water coolant temperature sensor faulty (not cutting the fan in)

8) lack of oil in motor

9) oil pump inoperable or operable but not enough flow of oil round the motor to aid in cooling the motor.
