I'm liking this!!

I know this is a big bore street bike site but............it looks like Kawi is also releasing an alternitive to the KLR250?? With my son turning 14 and him being be able to obtain his cycle license (250cc or less) next year this little gem has caught my eye. 8)

NEW BIKES - More New Bikes From Kawasaki

Kawasaki will also be debuting an all-new dual sport bike, the KLX250S. The bike isn’t exactly new, as it’s been offered in Japan for a while, but now it finds its way to the U.S. The KLX250 is powered by the same KLX250 off-roader that first appeared in the mid-‘90s before being upped to a 300. The KLX250 features a perimeter frame, and an electric start, liquid-cooled, 4-valve motor with a six-speed transmission. It has a 43mm inverted cartridge fork and offers a 34.8-inch seat height.

The KLX250, however, is a 49-state model and will not be sold in California. It has a suggested retail price of $4699.

But...............I see this!!! This is a model being sold in Japan. (D Tracker) 8) His KX85 might just have to go. :? Just gonna buy an extra set of wheels.
