Shultz thanks , that was a close run with your buddy ! Nothing like a close run between bike's ! Ps thanks for your knowledge with the gearing ! Had a pm from another person saying the same using a 44 rear sprocket ,it's people like you and Dave that get others somewhere , 10 run's in total . I will get a 9 second quarter sooner or later

Great video Shultz :)
The race of me vs Adam was almost identical from your camera angle.
The race looks so different from a spectators view!
I was 3/4 bike length over him after the 60 until the end . Super close is my favourite type of race :)
Maximus if your adding a chain link the 16/44 may be too much slack. You could go 17/47 for the same gearing if you do. But I'm sure you already know this .
If you were running OEM gearing then as Shultz has pointed out the suggested gearing should get you that ET. You are so close !
The 16/44 on stock chain will give the max length on the OEM arm. Good luck!

I'm desperately trying to get my new turbo bike ready for this coming weekend.
Everything takes so long! Added a few goodies final progress is good. It's a totally unknown bike I've no idea how it will behave and I've only ridden it about 10ft. So my eventual first ride up the strip will be interesting !

Hi Dave I added the link to get it back to oem specs , the chain adjusters where bottomed out with the -1 link . I now have about 1 inch of thread protruding out from the adjuster Bolt's . I will take a pic later to show you . PS you must be excited to get it out there ! I would be if I where you mate ! Nothing like something that has had a lot of time put into it and taking out for the first time. :)

I will be when I've finished it and it's on the trailer!
Just replaced all the turbo line pipes as there was a slight leak.
Air shifter on and working, 2 step on and working. Just done a basic lock up tune for the track, it was ultra heavy....
Front and rear lowered, forks slid slightly through the tree ( new billet head stock and race bars)
So adding oil later. Praying no leaks and then check shifter is changing on air etc. and my clutch isn't too light on the static.
Getting there :)

Your bike looks good on the strip! Like the silencer :)

Went to the drags:
Bike was pants!
Fuel problems.
Fuel getting in oil and bad misfires on load.
So I suspect FPR is faulty and maybe pump.
Hopefully injectors are OK.
So I'm changing FPR and FP and am also bypassing the fuel petcock for a manual direct valve from bottom of tank to FP like a 12r set up :)

It' pulled well once in one gear and felt very strong but was soon back on the trailer.
If I can get parts I'm out trying again Sunday.
