What was the temp of your morning commute on yer bike?

It was a toasty 28 degs. Heated grips and heated seat were employed.

Here's where Hat specifies he rode to work and it was -153 and he didn't ride a candy ass Wing which was parked beside a "hearse."

CBX, I have those gloves too. I think I've worn them twice.
They're so thick it feels like I'm hanging on to two new rolls of toilet paper.
Just can't get used to them. They sure as hell keep your hands warm though.

Fairweather riders, lol, Ive ridden to work a number of times, when it was below 30F, and unlike most of you guys and gals on the board, I dont have fairings or a windshield. Just wear my standard jeans, boots, shirt, jacket, helmet, and gloves. Always seems warm enough, except the one morning when icicles started growing on my fingers from the fog freezing.

Though I admit, I am looking forward to riding a bike that has a fairing and windshield.

He never looked left to see me coming thru the intersection.
I had pleanty of room to spare so I was ready ....
Pulled right up to the drivers door and laid down on the horn

He stopped !! I think I woke him up :?

I kept going and he never even got close to me

Maybe you can make a turn like that in Mexico, it's not kool in NC though

26 degrees this morning...but 52 right now and SUNNY!!! Whooooohooooooooooooo!!
I left work early to get a sick child at day care. Some punk ass Harley dudes in a car, were harrassing me at the stop lights leaving work. I think I heard one ask if that pile of rice would light em up. So...once out of town and in a 55mph zone, I nailed second on cold tires and blew 200ft of rubber in front of the morons. Hope that rice smelled good for em!! :P :D

Gawd

OK ..I utilized JR Speedmaster jacket w/liner with and additional windbreaker underneath as this jacket allows cool air thru nicely ...
ski bibs which keep me very toasty, but offer no crash protection other than padding
Olympia cold weather Gore Tex gloves
A dang head - neck thingy ..which is crucial to warmth

The extra stuff gets packed in the tank bag for the ride home ...
gloves are swapped out for the Kangaroo skin Teknic Pro racing gloves 8)

Olympia cold weather Gore Tex gloves
A dang head - neck thingy ..which is crucial to warmth

The extra stuff gets packed in the tank bag for the ride home ...
gloves are swapped out for the Kangaroo skin Teknic Pro racing gloves 8)

I wore them ONE time to go skiing about 4 years ago  ...
so earlier this winter I was cleaning out Kayla's closet and I found them..
I said , dayum, I bet those biatches would keep me from freezing !!
Dayum right they do...I'm cozy down to 20 degrees so far

But I should specify that it is not a good idea to leave these in the
closet for so long, because they are prone to shrinking
and do not fit as well as they use to
