Exclamation FS: 2000 ZX12R Red $6000obo

It is with a sad heart I have to make room again for another Lotus in the garage. That means I have to sell a couple items. ( Boxster S is gone )

Here is what I know. ( another member here may be able to fill in blanks )

2000 Kawasaki ZX-12R

Red 14,xxx miles

Akropovic Ti Full exhaust system

Yellow Box ( Speedo correction box )

NOS < I have never filled the tank since I purchased as 2nd owner>

Polished wheel lips – center still red

Oil Svc every 3,xxx miles

Valve adjustment completed at 12,100miles

Double Bubble Smoke windscreen

Aluminum Rear seat hinge

Rear tie down bolts removed ( cleans up the body lines )

Never down or dropped. No paint damage, chips, etc.

I would install a new set of tires soon, front is 50%+ rear is worn ( usually get 2000 miles out of each rear )

Pictures coming ASAP

I would like $6500. ( I am open to offers ) I am asking $6000.

I am located in Dallas Texas and will help with shipping / delivery / pick up!

Steve

Larry's (Mokaw) old bike?? Sad heart when he let it go. She is a prized unit even if she is a slower red model.

1.Yes, this is Mokaw's previous bike. I have considered extending the garage in order to have enough room for everything! This bike was exactly what I was looking for at the time. I could not have been any happier when it arrived (Took almost a month in shipping to Dallas)

2.Yes, I will send you the pictures tonight when I get home, Thank you!

3.No, not a Turbo Bike, rather another Lotus.

Steve

Slower red model huh? LOL

Wow. Hate to see you selling the bike Steve. I hope you enjoyed it as much as I did. I bought it new (you already know that) and had it in the house during the cold North Dakota winters. It was a great bike, the nitrous is awesome, and it's the faster RED bike, unlike some of those green turtles (like Jeff - nedragr had). To clarify something, I changed the oil every 1,000 miles (not 3,000 miles) and I always used Mobil 1 MX4T. I did all the work on the bike myself because I don't trust anyone.
The bike was like new when Steve bought it from me and I'm sure it still is. Someone out there should scoop this thing up because it's an excellent bike.

Thank you for the correction and validation! I am going to keep it if I can get the Lotus in the garage before is sells and show they all still fit!
