198 rwhp on a stock engine with a slip-on D&D... ?????

With the mods listed, you'd be LUCKY to make 165rwhp SAE on a DJ250.

Listen.. the dyno dont lie. and if you read what it says, its the can from a slip on set up with a custom mid-pipe, and muzzy header... that, is a full exhaust. If your interested in seeing or purchasing the bike, I'll be happy to forward you the paperwork. if you want to just bust my stones, or make this a "drama thread", I will appreciate that you not reply. Thankyou for your time.

he actually posted 189, but it still looks high for a muzzy/d&d combo

i would like to see the dyno graph. was it a 4th gear pull or 6th?

i would also be interested in seeing your PC map
thx

I didnt even realize the discrepency with the numbers... I was just so disgusted that my thread is being butchered by people who arent even looking to buy the bike. As far as the map... i dont know how to retrieve that..(i dont know computers or tuning). I have printouts of all the better number pulls, which will go with the bike when sold.

the thing is a stock motor wont make that much HP. Phantom is very much aware of what will, and what combos make what HP. dynos can be tweaked to show better or worse numbers. we dont want anyone buying a bike and thinking its 189 hp and being disappointed when its not.
i ask again, 4th gear pulls or 6th?
you have an awesome bike, dont get me wrong, but the numbers are off on the HP

oh, and going by the pics, you have a stock midpipe. the stock header and midpipe is one piece. did you cut the stock mid pipe off of the stock header and use that with the muzzy header??

4th gear pulls to the best of my knowledge... and your right, it is a nice bike, now if your not interested in buying it... back off. leave the thread be... the bike and accesories are worth every bit of what Im asking, and I'll work out the details with any potential buyers. Not some busy body who has no life but to destroy other peoples threads. PS-I'm a police Officer, and I have no intentions of misrepresenting or conning anyone. It is what it is. And one final note. If you read the listing you will see the mid pipe is coated and wrapped.... obviously the pic is pre- exhaust work.... so read...watch... and mind your own bussiness.

Thankyou... I appreciate it. I may end up just putting it on EBAY. I took a guess at the asking price since NADA says $6500, but that is for a bike with 21,000-24,500 mi on it. Mine has 8,000 miles on it with alotta stuff done to it, and Im throwing in the trailor and cover.

I guess , its partially because I dont really wana sell it as well...

BUT THANKYOU.

You're very welcome. I had a 2000 ZX-12R that I bought new and sold this year. It was hard to sell it because I loved the bike. I had bought a ZX-14 new in 06 that I've been trying to drag race this year, after 23 years away from the strip. It's a learning experience all over again and I definatley feel like a rookie.
Again, good luck with your 12.

well POPO this is the internet. You need a tougher skin. Fill in your profile so we know where the bike is. You may get more interest

I never ran it at maple grove... I used to drag it up to cecil county raceway back when I di race it. My 2 wheel days are over, thats why Im selling it. If it doesnt pan out and I do keep it, then maybe I will get back into it... but I am just to scared to ride it on the streets anymore. In my line of work , I get to watch people driving for a living... and DAMN its scary... I just met a guy the other week (which prompted the sale) named "crutches"... his one leg is now a 51grand electronic prostetic, and the other leg has no knee cap.... and it just put the icing on the cake for me....

IM VERY FLEXIBLE ON THE PRICE PEOPLE.... MAKE AN OFFER.

Not interested in the bike either but what you have posted on this thread would turn me away from even thinking about it. Some very knowlegdeable guys asked some questions and you instantly got defensive.

I have never seen a 12 make that much power with the mods you listed. They asked what else was going on with the bike to prospectively create interest and you berated them. What does a potential buyer have to look forward to after that...?
