The Marchesini specific sprocket arrived yesterday.

It's a vortex cat5 48T. I've read quite a bit about how quickly they wear out. It was free with the wheels, so I'll let it grind itself to pieces then replace both sprockets and the chain. I'll probably end up going 16/46 with a supersprox stealth in the rear.
I attempted the kleen mod but quickly discovered that the "optional" PVC hose...

I measured the hole in the bottom of the airbox, it's about 20mm. I found these rubber stoppers at ACE for $0.50 that...

Here are the Marchesini Forged Aluminum wheels my lovely wife "bought" for me for Christmas. The build quality is very impressive and the weight savings, while margina, should liven the bike up nicely.

Here is a set of custom seat covers made by Custom Seat Creations. I initially wanted a Corbin, but decided against it having heard that they aren't comfortable for short trips (which is all I do), are substantially heavier than the stock seat, and are very hard to find. I therefore decided to get the look of the corbin with all the 'benefits' of the stock seat.

I [foolishly?] decided to go with an Auctmarts fairing set. The paint quality is very good and overall fitment seems decent from my initial assembly. I did however have to purchase a new tail fairing as the auctmart tail did not have mouting studs for the seat lock and it had cleared-over Ninja decals, which I detest. I also had to purchase an OE tank cover. The cover, tail, undertail, and seat cowl (which was completely undamaged in the accident) are currently being repainted gloss black to...
