I got a little too aggressive while installing my short-throw throttle cam:

so I'm hunting for a new housing. I'm also looking for a set of Brembo calipers from a 999s.......

CF hanger installed. Cutting down the stock bolts was a chore.

Spring is in the air. It's been in the 40s the past few days and according to the weather channel forecast the nice temps will continue. Hopefully I'll find enough time and patience to install the damper mount.
